I wonder if these are lemons or limes?

I wonder if these will grow heavy on this spindly tree?
I wonder why there are more flowers when there is already fruit?
Will there be more flowers all summer long?
I wonder why the flowers are the shape and color that they are?
I wonder why some of the very, very small fruit have already fallen off? Was it squirrels? or birds?
